AcuYoga This Sunday

“Stress is a perverted relationship to time. Rather than being a subject of your own time, you have become its target and victim, and time has become routine. So at the end of the day, you probably haven’t had a true moment for yourself, to relax in and to just be.”
-John O’Donohue

Greetings Everyone!

I know that Oprah has made this a pretty popular cliche, but I really do believe that time is one of the greatest gifts that we can give to ourselves and to the planet. Time to experience being rather than doing. When we temporarily interrupt the habit of running on the treadmill of life, we radiate peace, stillness, contentment, and compassion. Since these qualities seem to be depleting resources in today’s world, it is of vital importance that we conserve them by making time for time. And especially since the holiday season seems to ramp up with activities and therefore to compress time, it feels doubly important to prioritize self-care. Join Valerie Viosca this Sunday, December 3 from 5:45-7:30pm for a special edition of AcuYoga. The ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation, Valerie’s signature combination of restorative yoga poses and acupuncture will transport you from stress to bliss. Space is limited to 8 students in order to ensure plenty of individualized attention, so be sure to reserve your spot now.

Oh, and remember that our Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday/Buy Something for People Tuesday Deal ends soon. It’s 10% off all FSY gift certificates through Sunday. Why not give the gift of well-being to your friends and loved ones this year? Hope to see you soon!

Take care,

Geoffrey
