Greetings Everyone!

I wanted to let you know about several exciting things that are happening at the studio during the month of March:

*First, Keith Werhan kicks off another Begin at the Beginning Series this Monday, March 13. Please spread the word to all of your family and friends, who have always wanted to try yoga, that this is an ideal opportunity to begin this great practice in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

*Second, check out the big schedule tab at the bottom of the newsletter for a few changes that will start next week. I’ll be moving back into my old Thursday slot at 5:30pm to lead a Level 1+ class; Katherine will be teaching another Level 1+ class on Friday mornings at 8:00am; Tamarin’s ever-popular Cool Yoga has been pushed back to 6pm on Wednesday evenings and will now go for 90 minutes so as to deepen the deep calm that she instills.

*Third, remember that we have Meg Whitbread in town for another few weeks teaching the fabulous self-care system that is Yamuna Body Rolling. You don’t have to participate in the whole series — feel free to drop in to any of them so that you can feel free in your body.

*Fourth, we are running two specials for the whole rest of this month. New students receive 25% off of all class passes. This might sweeten the pot a bit for your friends and family members who are considering Keith’s Begin at the Beginning Series. And anyone is free to enjoy the monstrous special of 50% off of all private lessons with any of the teachers on our staff (excluding yours truly). We pride ourselves on giving individualized support to our students, and this is an ideal way for you to dig a little deeper into your practice. Get a customized strategy for modifying poses so that you can maximize your enjoyment of classes; tackle the inversions that you’ve always wanted to try but have been too intimidated by; learn how to work effectively with old injuries; discover wellness techniques that you can employ during your work day… The reasons and possibilities for private lessons are endless.
