Learning the Ropes and Begin at the Beginning
“Cultivate firmness without rigidity and relaxation without collapse.”
With the Saints being undefeated right now, I am quite sure that many of you will find this announcement to be downright blasphemous. Nevertheless, I would like to invite you to a special extended practice that I will be leading this Sunday from 1:00-3:00pm, a perennial favorite called Learning the Ropes. This is one of my favorite classes to teach because it’s fun, it’s different, and it makes you feel really, really good. Set your DVR to record mode so that you can watch the game commercial-free, and reserve your spot because we only have 13 sets of ropes and this class always fills up.
And please remember to spread the word to all of your family, friends, and loved ones who have always wanted to take up yoga but have been too intimidated to try, thatKeith Werhan is offering another Begin at the Beginning Series starting thisMonday, September 12 at 7:15pm. Keith is a natural teacher who guides students with an extraordinary degree of creativity, compassion, and calm. And he has a knack for making every body not only feel the benefits of yoga, but also that they can actually participate in the practice in a way that is wholesome and sustainable. The 4-Week Begin at the Beginning Series is perfect for those brand new to yoga because the environment is safe and supportive, and it is also an excellent way for those who have been out of practice to revisit the fundamentals. Signing up is as easy as clicking on the big schedule button below.
Hope to see you in class soon! Who Dat?!
